The three-metre-long reptile and its
eeriee meal were discovered by Mille Stoevring and her partner Shane
Tuer at their back yard. Shocked with the predatror’s eating habits
they decided to take pictures of the unusual ‘show’ and spent at least
30 minutes waiting for the snake to end with its repast.
More photos after the cut…“We were there filming about 20 centimetres away, the snake wasn’t fazed at all. It was fascinating to watch it making its way over the bat’s body, to the other wing tip. It was just amazing to see the snake’s mouth square as it tried to somehow fit the edged parts of the bat in,” Ms Stoevring said.
